RAIN: A Practice of Radical Compassion
A mindfulness exercise created by Dr Tara Brach to help process difficult emotions, sensations, and experiences. To begin, find yourself a comfortable position and take a few slow, deep breaths.
Self compassion is a key aspect in overcoming obstacles. It leads to improved mental health, resiliency, and self image. This RAIN practice is a great technique to practice when experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress.
