State testing is among us. Students all across California, grades 3-11, will be assessed on what they learned this year. While these assessments typically don’t directly impact grades - they can be long, boring, and stressful.

At this point, you’ve learned the material and now it’s time to show what you know. Our mindset can have a huge impact on performance. Here are some strategies to help manage nervousness and feel confident!
